OYAK HORSE Earns the Great Place to Work Certification

Foreks - HORSE's factory in Bursa has been certified with the Great Place to Work Certification, one of the world's prestigious awards for high-quality workplaces. This certification was granted following a survey conducted by the independent Great Place to Work firm, with participation from all OYAK HORSE employees.

OYAK HORSE demonstrated its strong commitment to creating a positive and inclusive work environment by earning the Great Place to Work certification with approximately 1000 employees in its first year of operation. In a survey conducted with a 96% participation rate, about 70% of employees rated the company as a "Great Workplace."

The survey conducted in September 2024 covered HORSE's 8 factories, 3 R&D centers, and global headquarters. OYAK HORSE Bursa achieved the highest scores in the following three areas: Openness to Innovation: "A new employee is welcomed here." Job Satisfaction: "I believe I can make significant contributions here." Respect: "I can take time off work when I think it is necessary."
