Smartphone Sales in China Decline by 9% During Singles' Day Shopping Festival

According to Counterpoint Research, total smartphone sales in China have decreased by 9% during this year's Singles Day shopping festival compared to last year, with both HONOR and Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) experiencing double-digit declines. Huawei saw a 7% year-over-year increase in sales due to price cuts on the Pura 70 series and Mate 60 series, as well as the launch of the Nova 13 series featuring the 5G Kirin SoC.
