The Competition Authority has approved the sale of shares of TP Petrol Dağıtım AŞ (TP) between Altınbaş Petrol ve Ticaret AŞ (Alpet), owned by Zeren Group Holding, and Zülfikarlar Holding.

In the statement, it was mentioned: "Zeren Group Holding, which operates in 8 different sectors across 4 continents with 23 brands, has made another significant move in the energy sector, which is a central focus of its growth strategy, with this approval. By acquiring TP, which has over 800 dealers, Zeren Group Holding will continue to grow and develop the company with new investments in the upcoming period.
