Foreks - Saha Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc. has updated the Corporate Governance Rating of Pınar Integrated Meat and Flour Industry Inc. to 9.39.

The statement read: "Saha Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc., which carries out corporate governance rating activities with a license from the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, has updated the Corporate Governance Rating of Pınar Integrated Meat and Flour Industry Inc. from 9.38 to 9.39 on November 17, 2023.

Saha has utilized the methodology based on the "Corporate Governance Principles" published by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) in January 2014 for this rating study.
