Turkey's Housing Price Index Rises 33.90% Nominally, While Declining 9.88% in Real Terms
In October, the Turkey Residential Property Price Index increased nominally by 2.95% and real terms by 0.07% compared to the previous month, while it rose nominally by 33.90% and decreased in real terms by 9.88% compared to the same period last year.
According to Reidin's study, in the same month, the Turkey Rental Property Price Index increased nominally by 2.45% from the previous month, while it decreased in real terms by 0.41%. Compared to the same period last year, the index rose nominally by 63.93% and in real terms by 10.32%.
