JPMorgan's Two Affiliates to Pay $151 Million to Settle with SEC

Forex - JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM) & Co.'s two subsidiaries have agreed to pay over $151 million to settle a series of allegations from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that accused them of mishandling customer funds, failing to disclose fees, and allowing certain prohibited transactions. The SEC stated that JPMorgan Securities and JPMorgan Investment Management agreed to pay to resolve four legal cases.
