"Decision of 'Environmental Impact Assessment Not Required' for Mega Metal's Electrolytic Copper Wire Production Capacity Expansion Project"

Foreks - The "Environmental Impact Assessment Is Not Required" decision was made regarding the capacity increase project for the production of electrolytic copper wire products, which is planned to be carried out by Mega Metal.

In a statement made on the website of the General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment Permission and Supervision, the following information was provided:

"The Preliminary Project File submitted to our Ministry regarding the Electrolytic Copper Wire Products Production Capacity Increase project planned by Mega Metal San. Ve Tic. A.Ş., located at 12th Avenue, No: 61, Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone, Melikgazi district of KAYSERİ province, has been examined and evaluated. According to Article 17 of the EIA Regulation, it has been decided by our Governorship that an 'Environmental Impact Assessment Is Not Required' for the Electrolytic Copper Wire Products Production Capacity Increase project."
