UPDATE - TürkTraktör Acquires Kayhan Ertuğrul Makina and Terramak Agricultural Machinery
Foreks - Turkish agricultural machinery manufacturer TürkTraktör, the most established producer in the Turkish automotive industry, has signed a share transfer agreement to acquire Kayhan Ertuğrul Makina, Kayhan Ertuğrul Tarım, and Terramak Tarım, aiming to expand and grow its agricultural equipment business. With this step, TürkTraktör aims to extend its leadership position in the tractor market to the agricultural equipment sector as well. As the largest agricultural equipment dealer in Turkey with the widest product range, TürkTraktör is set to broaden its portfolio and also become a key player in equipment production.
For 18 years, TürkTraktör has maintained its leadership in the tractor market without interruption. With a commitment to transforming agriculture through its "TürkTraktör Geleceğe Hazırlar" initiative, the company continues its investments to enhance agricultural productivity and connect farmers with modern technologies. In line with this vision, TürkTraktör is integrating Kayhan Ertuğrul Makina, its subsidiary Kayhan Ertuğrul Tarım, and Terramak Tarım to further increase its successes in agricultural equipment.
