CVK Mining's Subsidiary Hayri Ögelman Mining Partners with Contractor for Solar Power Project

Foreks - CVK Mining's subsidiary Hayri Ögelman Madencilik has reached an agreement with a contractor for a solar energy project.

In a statement made to KAP, the following information was provided: "Our subsidiary Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş. has secured an agreement with a contractor for the turnkey establishment of a Ground-Type Solar Power Plant with a capacity of 2,473 MWp DC in Sivas province, in order to meet the energy needs of its mining sites and reduce energy costs. This project is in accordance with the Unlicensed Electricity Generation Regulation approved by the Turkish Electricity Distribution Corporation ("TEDAŞ"). The total value of the contract is 1,335,000 USD (approximately 45.6 million TL), excluding taxes. Important developments regarding the solar energy process will be shared with the public and our investors."
