Forex - Mediterranean Investment (IS:AKYHO) has decided to merge its subsidiaries Salda Tarım and Nanox Kimyasal. In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company provided the following information: "As a result of the meeting held on October 30, 2024, by the Company’s Board of Directors, it has been decided to transfer the entire share of the subsidiary SALDA TARIM VE HAYVANCILIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş., which is 99.90% owned by the company, through a merger with the other subsidiary NANOX KİMYASAL ÜRÜNLER SAN VE TİC A.Ş., in which the company holds a 90% stake."
