China's Non-Manufacturing PMI Returns to Growth

According to a survey conducted by the National Bureau of Statistics of China, the country's non-manufacturing activity expanded in October. The official non-manufacturing purchasing managers' index (PMI), which includes services and construction, increased slightly to 50.2 in October from 50.0 in September. The composite PMI, which includes both manufacturing and services, registered at 50.8 in October.
