Nine out of Ten Companies Anticipate Increased IT Spending by 2025

As 2025 approaches, the budget preparations have begun for CIOs and CTOs leading businesses' digital transformations and technology processes. The increasing appetite for technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud computing is also reflected in the numbers. It has been noted that nine out of ten companies anticipate an increase in IT spending by 2025.

The results of research conducted by EY show that one in two companies works with more than ten IT suppliers, while cost optimization and IT consolidation have become priorities for technology leaders. This has led to an increased search for local tech companies like PEAKUP, which develop comprehensive solutions for various business needs in digital transformation processes.

PEAKUP CEO Ahmet Toprakçı shared his thoughts on the subject, stating, “Technology is changing rapidly, and as businesses try to adapt, the technology stacks they use continue to grow. At this point, the importance of providers who respond flexibly and agilely to the changing demands of companies, capable of executing projects at different scales, and delivering customer-focused services is increasing. As PEAKUP, which has worked for over 12 years with the vision of preparing society for the future with technology, we are ready to be the strongest touchpoint in businesses' technology experiences in the new financial year with our expertise in Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) solutions and our Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions developed with our own resources like Velocity, PassGate, and SIGNandGO.”

Half of the requests for help received by IT departments are related to "password resetting."

Expressing that flexibility in digital transformation and developing tailored solutions for organizations can only be achieved by focusing on real and daily problems, PEAKUP CEO Ahmet Toprakçı noted, “For instance, IT departments are responsible for managing large-scale technological infrastructures and executing digital transformation projects, while they are also expected to respond to time-consuming help requests such as 'password resetting.' It is known that 20% to 50% of requests coming to IT help desks are for password resets. Based on the insight that this represents a significant loss of efficiency for businesses, we developed PassGate, a completely self-service password reset solution. Employees can easily reset their passwords via SMS, mobile applications, or web panels. Our password management solution, PassGate, has been actively used since 2019 and is just one of the flexible solutions offered by PEAKUP that directly impact performance and meet various business needs. With this approach, PEAKUP saves time for businesses and brings innovation to all business needs as a reliable technology provider.”

“The primary goal is to make technology accessible.”

PEAKUP CSO KadirCan Toprakçı stated that PEAKUP's Software as a Service solutions focused on daily operations not only facilitate business processes but also promise security, speed, and sustainability. He shared details regarding other products: “Alongside PassGate, our Velocity and SIGNandGO solutions contribute to our fundamental goal of making technology accessible. Positioned as a digital employee engagement platform that brings together central office and field workers, Velocity is based on the fact that all business processes are largely conducted through digital communication. Velocity, which can be customized according to the organization's culture, provides company-wide employees with opportunities like announcement tracking, document access, and feedback sharing. Employees can track their colleagues' birthdays or anniversaries through this platform, accessible via both mobile devices and the web. Through this platform, HR managers can conduct employee surveys and collect feedback. Velocity can be activated in just 18 minutes and generally brings the entire company together on a digital platform, establishing an internal communication and collaboration network.

On the other hand, SIGNandGO offers an innovative solution to a previously invisible problem by enabling companies to manage employee email signatures from a single central system. Email signatures are an important area for demonstrating brand identity to other stakeholders and providing corporate integrity. SIGNandGO offers the ability to manage all employees' email signatures from a single location, distributing the load assigned solely to IT teams across marketing, human resources, and IT departments. With SIGNandGO, which can be set up and used in 16 minutes, brand consistency is preserved while email signatures can be transformed into marketing tools through designs for launches, announcements, campaigns, and service promotions.”

Used by over 1 million people.

PEAKUP CEO Ahmet Toprakçı reminded that beyond its own solutions, PEAKUP also offers infrastructure, data management, licensing, and artificial intelligence solutions with Microsoft expertise. He concluded his remarks by stating, “Thanks to our strong technology infrastructure, we not only provide businesses with fast and effective solutions but also support companies at every stage of their digital transformation processes with our change management services. PEAKUP has the capacity to offer flexible solutions to outlined business needs across all scales, scopes, and sectors, serving over a thousand local and international companies and positioning itself as a touchpoint for the technology experiences of more than 1 million unique users. With our approach formulated as analysis, action, and adaptation, we first understand the needs and then connect our clients with the most accurate and suitable technologies. It is critical for the success of digital transformation projects that the technology provider and the client speak the same language and are on the same page. We will continue to stand beside IT managers and technology leaders with our team of over 100 colleagues working in our offices in London, Dubai, and Istanbul.”
