Visitor Record Broken at Anıtkabir on November 10th
On November 10, on the Day of Commemoration of Atatürk, Anıtkabir experienced its highest visitor influx in history. According to a statement by the Ministry of National Defense, a total of 1,092,365 people visited Anıtkabir. This figure is noted as the largest visitor participation on November 10 to date. Visitors gathered to commemorate the Great Leader Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk on the 86th anniversary of his passing.
Atatürk was remembered with respect and longing. The Ministry of National Defense stated, "We once again remember the Founder of our Republic, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, with mercy, gratitude, and respect on the 86th anniversary of his passing."
This record attendance recorded on November 10 once again highlighted the deep attachment and gratitude of the Turkish people towards Atatürk. Particularly the intense participation of younger generations strongly demonstrated that Atatürk's principles and the values of the Republic are being carried confidently into the future by the new generations.
