Yapı Kredi Signs Syndicated Loan

Forex - Yapı Kredi (IS: YKBNK) signed a syndication loan consisting of two separate tranches amounting to 305.4 million dollars and 410.1 million euros.

In a statement made to KAP, the company stated: "Our bank has signed a sustainable syndication loan agreement totaling approximately 1.052 billion US dollars, consisting of two separate tranches of 605.4 million US dollars and 410.1 million euros with a maturity of 367 days.

The total cost of our syndication loan, which was provided with the participation of 45 financial institutions from 24 countries, has been set at SOFR + 1.75% and Euribor + 1.50%, respectively."
