The BIST 100 index closed the day down 221.12 points at 8663.88. According to the Foreks News survey, a decrease of 113.8 points in the BIST 100 index was expected. The closest forecast for the BIST 100 index closing in the survey was made by A1 Capital/Dilara Özdemir at -225.1 points. The second closest forecast was made by A1 Capital/Büşra Gözlüklü at -231.0 points. The third closest forecast came from InvestAZ Yatırım/Enes Ciğerci at -198.25 points. A total of 40 brokerage analysts participated in today’s Foreks News BIST 100 index closing survey; 8 analysts predicted a positive closing, while 32 analysts predicted a negative closing.
