The announcement stated: "Our Ministry has conducted the issuance of fixed rental income lease certificates amounting to 12,079,710,000.00 TL, with a value date of November 13, 2024, a maturity date of November 11, 2026, and an ISIN code of TRD111126T10 on November 12, 2024.

The banks or public institutions and organizations that are entitled to purchase the lease certificates will be informed of the sales amounts by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey via the IHS (Central Bank of Turkey Payment Systems Tender System) on Tuesday, November 12, 2024."
