The Results of the Fifth Sale Auction for Three Properties Totaling 165,000 Square Meters by TMSF

The auction for three plots of land totaling 165,000 square meters in Bursa, put up for sale by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF), was highly competitive. The fifth auction held for the three properties concluded with bids starting at 2 billion 100 million Turkish Lira. Two investors participated in the sale auction for the properties located in Bursa. After sealed bids were submitted, the open bidding resulted in the Police Pension and Aid Fund winning the auction with a bid of 2 billion 750 million Turkish Lira.
